Industrial Visits were conducted for the 6th semester students of Mechanical Engineering Department to M/S Dabur India Pvt Ltd and 4th semester students of Mechanical Engineering Department and Instrumentation and Control to M/S Mengi Hi Tech Pvt Ltd, Bari Brahmana. Er Arun Bangotra, Principal of the college thanked Unit Heads Sh. Alok Gupta and Er Vikas Mengi for allowing the students to visit their industry and providing technical exposures to the polytechnic students making them more compatible with today’s industrial requirement and asserted that such kind of industrial visits are very informative and exhaustive in nature. The students were accompanied by faculty members Er Ajay Thapa, Er Sanam Gupta, and Er Rajinder Singh. At Dabur India Pvt Ltd HR Manager Suresh Manhas, Sr. Technical Officer Mr R K Dixit and Production Manager Chandeswar Rao took the students to the different production unit of the industry and explained the various processes and machinery installed in the plant. The students were apprised about the utility section, various energy saving techniques used by the industry and also visted quality assurance department. At the end the unit Head had an interation with the students and guided them to become good manager and enterprenuer.

At M/S Mengi Hi Tech Pvt Ltd the unit head Er. Vikas Mengi apprised the students about the working of Shearing machine, UTM, Impact machine, Bending machine which are used to manufacture prefabricated building structures, electric towers, structure bridges, truss etc.
